Shipping Timeframes
Estimated shipping timeframes are listed in each product description. Since many of our products are made to order or produced in limited runs, delivery dates may vary. Your order may arrive earlier or slightly later than the estimated timeframe depending on our production schedule.
Order Processing
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on online orders, pre-orders, or discounted items.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items may be exchanged for store credit only.
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Once your return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Pre-orders are final sale. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated production and shipping timeframe listed on the product page.
